Do you find yourself torn between doing something for you first? Are you experiencing feelings of guilt because you chose to put yourSELF first?

Often, we tell ourselves, “I’ll take care of me later,” only to find ourselves in a situation where we are forced to practice self-care.

How do I know? Well, that used to be me. I was once a single mother of two children and I was always working to provide for my family. I would wear myself down trying to over-compensate for not being able to spend much time with my children because of my taxing work schedule. I kept this up until I found myself in the hospital, forced to take care of myself.

Note to SELF: In order for you to be of greater service to others, you must put yourSELF first.

Being in that hospital bed, unable to help myself or anyone else, helped me realize that I had to start making myself a priority.

So, that’s a part of my story, don’t let this be yours.
Make yourself a priority so you can serve others at your best. Put you back on the to do list. You matter that much.

And just in case you’re not quite sure how to do that, I would love to show you how. Contact me now and let’s continue the conversation.

“It is about you! Put you back on the to-do list”
